Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master's degree in any discipline.
∎ Diploma Engineering in any Trade.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Successful applicants will be responsible for helping individuals who are planning and preparing to Relocate overseas. Their leading role is to ensure that the client`s process is smooth and consistent with the company`s guidelines.
∎ This is a great opportunity for somebody to develop different skill sets (Higher Education, Specified Skilled Working Visa, Business Visa, Tour and Travel to Japan, Family Migration, Marketing, Social Media Advertising, Business Strategy, and Public Speaking).
∎ We are looking for a well-experienced and enthusiastic skilled individual with excellent interpersonal, client service, and communications skills, and experienced liaising with Partner Institute/Universities, Regional Offices. Ideally have to have an understanding of interest in Student Visa and Working Visa for Japan. You will be able to work under your own initiative to manage your workload and priorities, and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process university applications and visa applications from initiation to completion phase,
∎ To develop a client database of International students and provide education counseling for students to ensure the most appropriate course selection.
∎ Developing and building strong client relationships with a network of education providers to secure ongoing agreements.
∎ Follow up with visitors and students regularly and assure whether they have received course options if not complying with the same.
∎ Having extensive knowledge and understanding of Statement of Purpose and Genuine Temporary Entrant requirements for different countries specially for Japan
∎ Sharing respective student's complete details with the Head Office in the desired formats.
∎ Having a willingness to research and learn about immigration and visa-related information regularly.
∎ Guiding the Clients regarding their career decisions and helping them realize their potential, and providing help to pursue their goals.
∎ Carrying out relevant duties according to the guidance of the management
∎ To create and maintain an excellent personal relationship with clients and colleagues within the organization.
∎ Acquiring and updating knowledge of employer's and competitors' services, and market conditions
∎ Organizing and coordinating seminars, workshops, fairs, and promotional activities
∎ Generating ideas of marketing activities, events, and advertising campaigns.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and team target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Japanese Language N4 (JLPT/NAT) Pass
∎ Having real experiences is more important than a degree.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Digital Marketing, Lead generate, Strong leadership and team management skill
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Career Counseling, Education Administration/ Management, Education Counseling, Overseas admission and Tour and Travel specially in Japan.
