Additional Requirements:
  • Age 26 to 35 years
  • 2–5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in stationery, printing, or FMCG sectors.

  • Knowledge of paper product markets, consumer preferences and industry trends.

  • Strong marketing, branding, and promotional skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing campaigns specifically for paper-based products.

  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends competitive activities and emerging opportunities in the stationery and paper industry.

  • Manage brand communications across all channels, including print, digital, and retail marketing.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, and design) and external agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.

  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to measure success and suggest improvements.

  • Ensure brand consistency in messaging, packaging, and overall visual identity for paper products.

  • Plan and coordinate promotional activities, trade fairs, exhibitions, and product launches.

  • Prepare presentations and reports for management, highlighting campaign performance and growth strategies.

  • Oversee content creation for brochures, catalogs, packaging, and digital platforms.

  • Identify and develop new branding opportunities to strengthen the company’s market presence in the paper product segment
