∎ Barovoot Limited is looking for an experienced person for the position of Executive/ Sr. Executive in its Brand Communication Team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
∎ Capable to ensure Target as stated in the KPI
∎ Enhance new clients through direct contact with the marketing and brand department.
∎ Find out prospective clients through research and networking activities.
∎ Making new business proposals and accelerate to earn more from clients.
∎ Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
∎ Coordinate with project managers, client services and creatives to ensure optimal output.
∎ Working and negotiating with vendors.
∎ Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure best service.
∎ Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by the company.
∎ Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and next actions.
∎ Developing goals for business growth and as well as buildup team and ensuring they are met.
∎ Work closely with her/his team to bring innovative marketing solutions to the clients and design marketing campaigns.
∎ Provide support and counseling to the stakeholders, collect briefs from the client and then define, clarify and focus direction of the assignments and smooth running of them.
∎ Manage deadlines and handle difficult situations with calmness and presence of mind.
∎ Nurture strong client relationship to achieve highest level of client satisfaction and ensure the highest possible quality of work
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny
∎ Time-management skills.
∎ Have strong presentation skills.
∎ Flexible, and able to solve problems.
∎ Good Communication skill both in Bangla & English
∎ Understanding of advertising and media business processes, networking and sales techniques.
∎ Understand the current advertising and communication industry trends.
∎ Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
∎ Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Passion for innovation & creativity.
∎ Strong analytical, conceptual and interpersonal skills.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
∎ Persuasive and selling attitude.
Salary:
