Education:
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications (CA, CMA partly qualified) will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 25 years
2–4 years of experience in internal audit or compliance roles, preferably in a service or retail environment. Ability to travel to branches for audit purposes.
Strong knowledge of auditing principles and techniques.
Sound understanding of company SOPs and industry regulations
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct routine audits of service centers across all branches to assess efficiency, process integrity, and policy compliance.
Review and ensure alignment with internal policies, service-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and external regulatory requirements.
Compile comprehensive audit reports capturing critical observations, policy violations, and propose practical solutions for operational improvements.
