Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and administrate company accounts, cash & bank transactions, and cash & fund flow statements.
∎ Record bills, vouchers and ensure posting on ERP software
∎ Verify the payment with bills and analyze the nature of expenses.
∎ Maintain necessary books of accounts for respective business units.
∎ Monitor receivables and payables of relevant entries regularly.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statement monthly.
∎ Visit factory monthly for inventory audit.
∎ prepare different financial reports on monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having relevant experience in the accounts department of any Glass Industry will get preferences
∎ Practical Experience in Microsoft Office Package
∎ Report writing and Presentation Skills
∎ Practical experience in ERP software
