∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and Finance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cash Payment voucher and Local Vendor Bill Checking and Posting
∎ Vendor Payment
∎ Bank Voucher Posting
∎ Term loan, Short Term Loan Posting
∎ TDS, VDS & Treasury Deposit Posting
∎ Daybook Prepare & Checking
∎ Sales Invoice Checking & Posting
∎ Purchase Invoice Checking & Posting
∎ Accrued Bill Checking & Posting on monthly basis
∎ Collection & Payment Posting & Reconcile on regular basis
∎ Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
∎ Monthly Fixed Asset Register prepare & Depreciation Calculation in Excel
∎ Prepare loan reconciliation statement
∎ Should be well conversant with Tally ERP.9 and Office Application

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have the ability to operate ERP software and Office Application.
∎ Should have experience in the following areas: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
