Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Must be Masters in Accounting from a Reputed Public University with good grade or
∎ Minimum second class, CA (CC) is must, Knowledge level complete is an extra advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ An established Automobile Company "ACE Group" invites applications from qualified
∎ candidates for the posts.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic, diligent, honest person with proven leadership history & sound understanding or sound knowledge on Accounts & Finance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Salary & wages preparation and various expenses using Tally or other software ensuring necessary accounting entries.
∎ Ensuring proper Accounting and Reconciliation of all the Receivable/Payable related
∎ transactions and balances (i.e. invoicing, collection of sales proceeds, AIT deduction etc.),
∎ Withdraw and deposit cash and cash equivalents from banks.
∎ Petty Cash monitoring and disbursement.
∎ Reconciliation of cash, Bank and inter-company related transactions and balances. Ensuring necessary accounting processes for Month end reporting.
∎ Ensuring proactive initiatives for timely adjustment of the employees/suppliers
∎ advance/deposit/retention money getting engaged with the relevant stakeholders.
∎ Ensuring proper Documentation of Accounting vouchers and other source documents related to all types of financial transactions.
∎ Dealing with Bank & other Financial Institutions, Government and other statutory bodies
∎ As a team member assist Internal Audit team and Tax & Vat team when necessary. Any other works based on supervisor requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command over Bengali and English language.
∎ Good Experience of dealing with Banks, Regulators, Investors, Top Management in a fast placed environment.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Multitasking skill.
∎ Perform under pressure.
∎ Good negotiating skills.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
