Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and bring on board new customers for SMS and Voice solutions.
∎ Present, promote and sell products/services as designed by the IPTSP team.
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
∎ Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
∎ Analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
∎ Own the process of preparing offer letter/quotation, follow-up clients, and close the deal.
∎ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
∎ Consistently meet sales targets across different products.
∎ Coordinate with technical team to quickly resolve any customer issues and increase customer satisfaction.
∎ Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
∎ Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
∎ Keep in touch with best practices and promotional trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in the Sales, Business Development, Account Management to be considered for the position.
Salary: Negotiable
