Responsibilities & Context:
• Store Management: Upload product listings, update pricing, maintain inventory accuracy, and optimize product descriptions for SEO across our website and marketplace platforms.
• Order Fulfillment: Monitor incoming orders, coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Performance & Analytics: Track daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, and generate regular performance reports using web analytics tools.
• Promotions & Campaigns: Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, flash sales, seasonal discounts, and promotional banners.
• Customer Support Support: Address e-commerce customer queries, manage order cancellations, returns, and refunds efficiently.
• Platform Optimization: Collaborate with tech and creative teams to improve UI/UX, product imagery, and overall site functionality.
