Responsibilities & Context:
প্রধান দায়িত্ব
Proyozon-এর Facebook & Instagram Ads নিজ দায়িত্বে পরিচালনা করা।
Ads campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting, budget optimization এবং performance analysis করা।
কোন প্রোডাক্টের জন্য কী ধরনের বিজ্ঞাপন ও কনটেন্ট প্রয়োজন, সেটার পরিকল্পনা করা।
পাঞ্জাবি, পায়জামা, টি-শার্ট, ওয়ালেট, ঘড়িসহ বিভিন্ন প্রোডাক্টের Photo & Video Content নিজে Shoot করা।
মডেলসহ indoor/outdoor product shoot পরিচালনা করা।
Reels, short video, product demonstration, promotional video ও ad creative তৈরি করা।
Camera/Smartphone, lighting, framing ও basic product photography সম্পর্কে বাস্তব দক্ষতা থাকা।
Video Editing, basic photo editing এবং Canva/CapCut/Premiere Pro বা সমজাতীয় সফটওয়্যারে কাজ জানা।
কনটেন্টের Hook, Script, Caption, CTA এবং Sales Angle তৈরি করা।
কোন Creative থেকে বেশি Sales/Conversion আসছে তা বিশ্লেষণ করে সেই অনুযায়ী নতুন কনটেন্ট তৈরি করা।
