1. Customer Inquiry Handle

* Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Website ও অন্যান্য online platform-এর customer message দ্রুত reply করা

* ফোনে customer-এর সঙ্গে কথা বলা
* Facebook Live / Online Live Session পরিচালনা করা এবং Live-এ product presentation ও demonstration করা।

* Product price, specification, warranty ও offer সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্য দেওয়া

2. Order Conversion

* Customer-এর requirement বুঝে সঠিক product suggest করা

* Interested customer-কে নিয়মিত follow-up করা

* Inquiry/Lead থেকে order confirm করার চেষ্টা করা

* Daily ও monthly sales target achieve করা

3. Order Processing

* Confirmed order-এর customer name, mobile number, address, product, quantity ও payment information সঠিকভাবে নেওয়া

* Order system/Excel/software-এ entry করা

* Warehouse/Delivery Team-এর সঙ্গে coordinate করে দ্রুত dispatch নিশ্চিত করা

4. Payment Follow-up

* Advance/Cash/Bank/Mobile Banking payment-এর জন্য customer-কে follow-up করা

* Payment confirmation Accounts Team-এর সঙ্গে verify করা

5. After-Sales Follow-up

* Product delivery হয়েছে কিনা customer-এর সঙ্গে confirm করা

* কোনো complaint/service issue থাকলে Customer Care/Service Team-এর কাছে transfer করা

* পুরোনো customer-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ রেখে repeat order আনার চেষ্টা করা

6. Dealer & Retail Lead Handling

* Online থেকে আসা নতুন Dealer/Exclusive Dealer inquiry handle করা

* সম্ভাব্য dealer lead Sales Team-এর কাছে forward করা

* প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী dealer-এর সঙ্গে follow-up করা

7. Daily Reporting

* কতগুলো নতুন inquiry এসেছে

* কতজন customer-কে call/follow-up করা হয়েছে

* কতগুলো order confirm হয়েছে

* মোট sales amount

* Pending lead/order-এর report রাখা
