Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Sales Marketing, / Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing or Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement short / long term strategic marketing plans, sales plans. Forecast to achieve company's sales target and objectives for both products & services.
∎ To setup the sales target & monitor the sales target achievement.
∎ Prepare different Statement, Report as per business requirements & instruction.
∎ To support CEO and Directors for different business issues
∎ Must be experienced in Negotiating Price and Payment Schedules in Real Estate perspective.
∎ Must be able to meet his own Targets & target accepting mentality.
∎ Regular basis Market visit and attending the meeting with potential clients.
∎ Property visit with the client at the scheduled time.
∎ Organizing site visits and viewings with clients as necessary
∎ To look after direct sales, product promotion activities, Manage all marketing communication.
∎ Market Mapping and creating client database & maintaining client's records.
∎ Giving Sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
∎ Preparing deeds and documents including but not limited both in Bengali & English.
∎ Support drafting of different contracts and relevant various deed & documents.
∎ Support on day-to-day activities of the Company including but not limited to letters and communications with internal and external stakeholders, drafting and review of engagement letters, drafting and review, etc.
∎ Purchasing different type of goods from the local and international markets.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication Bangla / English skills.
∎ Frequent door to door communication with different Government, Semi Government, Ascetic and Private Organization, bank and other financial organization
∎ Any other job assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: consultative sales skills, Excellent communication skill, Sales Strategies Real Estate Marketing, Real Estate Sales.
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience. (Fresher candidates are strongly encouraging to apply) Experience will get advantage.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Preferably Real Estate and Construction Company, Real Estate Marketing, Real Estate Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Real Estate.
∎ Have a fluency in typing both in Bengali & English is must. Candidate those who have no expertise in typing need not apply.
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Excellent communication skills both in verbal & written in Bengali & English.
∎ Pro-active, independent, enthusiastic and result oriented.
∎ Work innovatively in simplifying tasks and assignment.
∎ Motorcycle, Scotty driving will get advantage.
∎ Ability to work independently and be able to work under time pressure.
