Job Context:

As sales personnel, you are responsible for developing the market, arranging corporate meetings, collecting contacts, ensuring sales, and overall meeting the sales target.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Farmgate)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work as a core team member of the marketing department in planning and executing all digital marketing activities to achieve the short term and long term marketing goal of the organization.
∎ Responsible for Software sales.
∎ Preparing action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
∎ Plan, develop & implement sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective.
∎ Meet customers on regular basis for sales and after-sales issues.
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guidance for upgrading market.
∎ Keep up to date information of competitor's products and ensure fair communication from customers to Management and Management to Customers.
∎ Perform marketing and sales activities for different Chemicals.
∎ Perform demand generation activities, sales planning, and strategies to achieve targets.
∎ Visit & find out prospective clients and create a new market opportunity.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Build a strong network in the segment of Traders and End-users.
∎ Create a new business opportunity in the regional area.
∎ Make a presentation for potential customers.
∎ Update and report about existing as well as upcoming customers' profiles.
∎ Create for new customer database.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
