Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a data-driven and performance-focused Search Engine Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will plan and execute SEO and SEM strategies to enhance e-commerce visibility, optimize product performance, and maximize ROI across digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and maximize ROI on paid search campaigns for e-commerce brands.

  • Perform keyword research, category mapping, and competitor benchmarking across product lines.

  • Optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, meta-tags, and structured data to improve discoverability and sales.

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Shopping Ads, Performance Max, and Bing Ads campaigns for product performance.

  • Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, and page speed.

  • Track and analyze key KPIs — impressions, CTR, conversions, ROAS, CPA, and average order value.

  • Collaborate with content, creative, and merchandising teams to ensure SEO best practices across all product stages.

  • Use Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to report on traffic and conversion trends.

  • Research market and competitor pricing, promotional keywords, and category trends to refine paid strategies.
