∎ Minimum Graduation.

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to provide a welcoming atmosphere to valued customers with warm assistance, efficiently, courteously and professionally.
∎ Work as an integrated member of the sales team, making client calls, providing detailed information and package proposals to agents and clients, providing sales leads and liaising with other members of the team where appropriate.
∎ Galileo. Abacus or Sabre (Knowledge in any GDS), VRS and other CRS based reservation system.
∎ Co-ordinate indoor and outdoor duties with customers, agents, corporate and other related commercial houses.
∎ Discussing clients requirements and provide advice for Visa Processing, Hotel Booking, Worldwide Destinations, Package Tour and All sorts of Travel services provided by the company.
∎ Perform marketing & selling services through telephone, mail, physical visit or any other mode of communications.
∎ Constantly develop on client review and Report on all queries for better Customer Service and experience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to grow with new opportunities in the field of travel and tourism.
∎ 2-3 years' experience in travel agency.
∎ Sales, Marketing, Public relation, Corporate Marketing.
