Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Tiles/Ceramic

• Bachelor/Honors/Masters from any reputed Institute or University.

• Diploma/Bachelors of Fine arts (BA)

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Strong working skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.

• Good understanding of social media content trends, formats & platform-specific design requirements.

• To have ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to understand briefs clearly and translate ideas into effective visual designs.

• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Design high-quality visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & after Effects for both digital & print platforms.

• Research industry trends to integrate modern and innovative styles into projects.

• Make All Logo Design from Customer’s design for Domestic Market Dealers & I&S via whatsapp & email, moke up.

• Continuously stay updated with design trends, tools & best practices or product logo & Decal design.

• Develop & execute designs as per client requirement.

• All kind Dia-line, box, Printed box Pricing. Also communicate all type supplier of head office.

• Collect Label order & Proceed to procurement dept., Collect Carton order & giving order, Accessories searching, offset printing label carton collect and visit printing press for confirmation supply.

• Positive Making then share softcopy with sales person & Sent Positive House to Factory.

• Internal Memo Prepare & Sent to Factory.

• Graphics content creation for our social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, marketplaces & other social media product posts.

• Create static & dynamic promotional content including banners, social media creative, ads & marketing materials.

• Apply strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition & layout to deliver visually compelling designs.

• Collaborate with marketing, content & development teams to translate ideas into effective visual solutions.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

• Continuously stay updated with design trends, tools & best practices or product logo & Decal design.
