Responsibilities & Context:
Manage accounting and finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Control of the financial transactions and prepare monthly reports for management.
Prepare quarterly FDI report, annually financial Statements for external audit.
Oversee TAX, VAT deductions, and submit returns and documentation to Tax and VAT authorities.
Maintain banking relationships and manage bank reconciliation for all bank accounts.
Handle import LC, export, and customs-related documents and procedures.
Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
