Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate preferably in Business Studies/BBA/MBA/MBM or Economics

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to sell consumer products mainly, all type of Credit Cards, Personal Loan, Home Loan & Auto Loan
∎ Co-ordinate with line manager; preparing monthly, weekly & daily sales report
∎ Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels - campaigns, referrals from existing customers
∎ Analysis Of financial Status to evaluate the credit worthiness Of the client
∎ Promote specific products as directed by upper management
∎ Any other business development activities assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 months' experience in similar exposure will be an added advantage; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
∎ Candidates with personal motorbike and smartphone will be preferred
∎ Good communication and inter-personal skills
∎ Flexible, result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target

Salary:
∎ Minimum gross salary BDT 12,000 (higher if have similar experience)

∎ Uncapped incentives/ commission plan based on performance.
