- Monthly flat bookings and sales volume
- Client satisfaction and relationship management
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and close deals for land share projects and flat sales
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
- Maintain relationships with landowners, clients, channel partners, and investors
- Support business development through market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide updates to management
