∎ Manage Bank documents forwarding papers as per EPZ rules and regulations.
∎ Coordinate with Bank, BEPZA, Audit firm & other related offices.
∎ Execute all regulatory formalities of Cash Incentive relating to Export.
∎ Must need knowledge about ERP software system , Such as Proforma Invoice, Delivery Order, Export LC, Documentation Prepare and Reporting.
∎ Knowledge of preparing Cash Incentive documents is also mandatory.

∎ Coordinate with Bank, BEPZA, Audit firm & other related offices.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare all kinds of export documents as per LC/SC terms & conditions and buyer’s guidelines.
∎ Co-ordinate with logistics as well as CNF to ensure smooth delivery.
∎ Keep a record and prepare all types of statement relating to export and any other if necessary.
∎ Correspond with buyer, C&F and shipping line independently.
∎ Booking placement and uploading shipment docs in online system for forwarder and buyer.
∎ Prepare export documents and make entry in ERP software.
∎ Regular communication with bank regarding export documents.
∎ Co-ordinate with marketing department and Accounts & Finance department regularly for shipment schedule.
∎ Co-ordinate with all section of commercial department (Export, Custom, Bank, Audit, Incentive, BGPZA, EPB, Chamber of Commerce).
∎ Prepare and review export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
∎ Outdoor visit for managing buyer office (Collect documents / Submit documents).
∎ Prepare all kinds of export documents as per LC/SC terms & conditions and buyer’s guidelines.
