Educational Requirements:
∎ Honor’s/Master’s in Accounting from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & ensuring stock availability as per plan of Raw Materials.
∎ Working with Audit department and taking action to reduce slow moving, non-moving item & inventory adjustment.
∎ Coordination liaison with production, Central store, Sub Store & other stakeholders.
∎ Maintain store ledger and keep it updated all time for all projects.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly stock statements.
∎ Making a comparison sheet of selected suppliers and present to management.
∎ Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality and cost-efficient etc.
∎ Warranty Claim related work with foreign supplier.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Regular communication with suppliers to monitor the price trends and make decisions for the new procurement plan.
∎ Ensuring zero shortage of raw materials and use of optimum inventory and
∎ Checking physical inventory on a regular basis and maintaining the exact same stock as software.
