B.Sc. in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.

• Age 28 to 35 years

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems (gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, etc.) and electrical systems (motors, control panels, PLCs, circuits, etc).

• Knowledge of industrial safety standards, preventive maintenance, and root cause analysis (RCA).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent report writing and documentation skills.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and report presentation.

• Ability to travel frequently and work independently under minimal supervision.

The Executive / Sr. Executive – Internal Auditor (Mechanical & Electrical Systems) will be responsible for auditing, inspecting, and evaluating the mechanical and electrical infrastructure across all Quality Feeds Limited plants.
This position ensures that production facilities operate with optimal efficiency, comply with safety standards, and adhere to company maintenance and operational policies.
The job location will be the head office (with frequent plant visits).

• Conduct regular and surprise audits at all plants to identify faults or deviations in mechanical and electrical systems.

• Investigate machine breakdowns, power failures, or recurring equipment issues and analyze root causes.

• Evaluate the condition of motors, gearboxes, pumps, generators, electrical panels, control systems, etc.

• Verify that maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance activities are implemented properly.

• Inspect all plant machinery and electrical equipment for safety, compliance, and efficiency.

• Review energy consumption patterns and identify opportunities for optimization.

• Assess installation quality, grounding, circuit design, and control system integrity.

• Ensure all repairs and maintenance follow approved standards and manufacturer guidelines.

• Ensure that all plants adhere to electrical and mechanical safety codes, and company policies.

• Report potential safety hazards or non-compliance to management with recommended corrective actions.

• Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing observations, findings, and recommendations.

• Support technical teams in improving system reliability and reducing downtime.

• Present audit results to management and follow up on corrective action implementation.
