Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (BBA/MBA or equivalent).
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Management.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
Hands-on experience with Accounting/HRM & Payroll ERP Software
Effective Email and Business Communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Experience Requirements:
2 to 3 years of experience in Accounting and ERP software (preferably HRM & Payroll, PF, GF and Tax Software implementation).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite for reporting and data analysis.
Hands-on experience in General Ledger, Sub-Ledger, PF, GF Accounting, and Bank Reconciliation.
Experience in Custom ERP implementation, user training, and post-implementation support.
Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge and practical experience in HR & Accounting.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Prior experience with HRM & Payroll Software implementation (or other equivalent Accounting/ERP software) will be given preference.
Willingness to travel across Bangladesh for ERP implementation assignments.
We are looking for Smart, Intelligent and responsible people who have good amount of working experience with Accounting & ERP software. This executive will be working in our Implementation Department and use their expertise for Implementing the Sage 300 ERP Software. People who have working experience in ERP Software will be highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Execute HRM & Payroll, Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity Fund (GF), and Tax modules end-to-end, covering requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, and Go-Live.
Design and tailor ERP workflows, financial reports, and statutory statements to meet organizational and compliance requirements.
Configure and reconcile Payroll, PF, GF, and Tax transactions to ensure accurate integration with Finance.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize ERP applications for smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
Prepare user manuals and deliver training for employees, administrators, and management teams.
Provide client support and services for HRM & Payroll-related ERP solutions.
Develop ERP customizations and integrate with third-party systems such as Finance, Inventory, and Fixed Assets for streamlined operations.
