Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • CA CC. Partly Qualified will be preference.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age Limit: 28–38 years.

  • Should have knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Labor Rules 2015, PF Laws, WPPF and Statutory Compliance.

  • Should have experience in working with the Team and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.

  • Sound knowledge on computer literacy (MS Office, Oracle-payroll, Accounting Software like Tally etc.).



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee day-to-day management of PF accounts, including monthly contributions, withdrawals, transfers & settlement.
  • Maintain meticulous records of member details, nominations, and loan/withdrawal histories.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate deduction and remittance of PF contributions.
  • Develop and implement the fund’s investment policy in alignment with the Board of Trustees.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for employee inquiries regarding PF balances, claims, and tax implications.
  • Factory visit at the time PF loan payment & final settlement.
  • Ensure bank reconciliations to alignment between bank statements and company records.
  • Ensure the investment planning of the fund like FDRs, BSP, T-bill & compliance with tax deduction at source and other tax requirements.
  • Ensuring reconciliation of ledger and confirmation of balance. Timely data entry in the accounting software & Oracle database.
  • Prepare board resolution time to time for compliance purpose of labour law.
  • Prepare FS according to IFRS, IAS and labour law.
  • Lead annual audits of the fund and resolve any findings with internal and external auditors.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the top management.
