∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Information & Communication Technology (MICT) in Information Technology, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Business Analyst, HR and Admin
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Retail Store, Shipping, Software Company, Super store, Supply Chain, Transport Service, Transportation, Wholesale
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct day-to-day general administrative work that includes daily attendance, leave,
∎ safety, recruitment and visit to the field on a regular basis.
∎ Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
∎ Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
∎ ? Maintain and update company databases by ERP Software
∎ ? Update office policies as needed
∎ ? Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
∎ ? Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development including
∎ recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and
∎ conditions, contracts, and development, succession planning, moral and motivation,
∎ culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management
∎ issues.
∎ Develops HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending courses of
∎ action, support in grievance handling and complete special projects.
∎ ? Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical
∎ insurance, Handle insurance-related issues, Managing workplace safety issues,
∎ Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution,
∎ policies etc.
∎ Maintain General ledger, Cash & Check book, Advance register, and Petty Cash
∎ ? Check Ensure arrangement of different logistics support services such as stationeries,
∎ photocopying, vehicle, refreshments, office cleaning, etc. and make payment Travel
∎ Expenses Reports, Conveyance bill etc.
∎ Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
∎ Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
∎ ? Previous experience in organizational development and Human resources.
∎ Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
∎ Prepare monthly Financial report with necessary supporting and timely submission
∎ Coordinate Annual external audit, reviews as well as internal monitoring
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax law and VAT Act.
∎ ? Ensure Filling and preservation of financial vouchers, HR related files in a confidential
∎ manner
∎ Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
∎ To know the VAT & Tax rules and implement it properly.
∎ Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives,
∎ short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist
∎ in accomplishment of established goals.
∎ Manage admin relating to program operations, meetings, training, events
∎ Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the
∎ Management.
∎ Ensure office ID cards for staff and Freelancer & Merchant.
∎ Manage all Vat & Taxation matters through the implementation of efficient Vat & Tax
∎ management strategies designed to optimize Vat & Tax payment while meeting all Vat &
∎ Tax reporting obligations and both legislative and corporate requirements.
∎ To assist Program Coordinator in Budget preparation, analysis and PP writing and any
∎ amendment.
∎ Keeps abreast of Company policies and procedures, current developments in accounting
∎ and auditing professions, and changes in Laws & Regulations, as applicable to the
∎ business of company.
∎ Keep the management up to-date with all relevant changes in VAT /Tax regulations and
∎ their potential impact on the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ HR & Admin Executive Experience in Manufacturing Plant/Factory is Preferred.
∎ Good Communication Skills.
∎ Good Typing Speed.
∎ Must have Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop,
∎ illustrator)
∎ Working experience in ERP Environment.
∎ Skills Required: Excel Expert, Reporting and Documentation, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/
∎ Income Tax), Tax Law
