Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and evaluate customer credit accounts to ensure compliance with company credit policies.
∎ Reconcile accounts receivable and track collections to ensure timely deposits in Bank account.
∎ Manage petty cash and check bill vouchers.
∎ Prepare break even related data with credit monitoring team.
∎ Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve credit-related issues promptly.
∎ Evaluate creditworthiness of customers and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
∎ Ensure accurate record-keeping of credit transactions and adherence to internal controls.
∎ Monitoring and physical stock movement.
