Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The person will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of SAP PP Modules. Responsible for creating production order & daily production data entry in SAP. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly production reports from SAP. Monthly SFG counting to avoid SFG stock increase. Clearing COGI error as an when required. Perform monthly closing activity on time and closing the month.
∎ Accomplish day to day work operations regarding the data collection, assimilation, validation and making entry into the SAP system for accurate production status. Coordinate with stock, production & VAT section for timely production data entry in SAP ERP.
∎ Production order creation, check & confirmation, batch creation, daily & monthly closing activities in SAP ERP.
∎ Ensure the accuracy of data, checking posting status in SAP. Production order settlement/TECO. Technically completing semi finished goods orders, finished goods orders. Clearing COGI error for last date of last month.
∎ Conducting physical counting of SFG & required adjustment entry in SAP. Physical inventory adjustment entry in SAP.
∎ Involved in the configuration and maintenance of master datalike material master, BOM, routing & production versions. Creation of bill of material, routing, variance analysis between standard vs actual.
∎ Posting all month production entries and sending status mail to CO team. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly production information report. Any other roles as assigned by management.
