∎ Need to be innovative in product development and clear understanding in product manufacturing process
∎ Need to have good communication skill
∎ Need to have good liaison with buying houses and garment factories
∎ Need to have good relationships with corporate houses
∎ Need to have good relationships with domestic wholesalers in textile clothing items trading
