Educational Requirements:
∎ Business Graduate/MBA from any reputed institute.
∎ Minimum 4 years' experience in sales & planning, preferably on engineering products from multinational or local company.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare yearly sales and business plan to achieve company annual goals.
∎ Planning OPC for the segment as well as for different regions and territories.
∎ Monitoring, follow-up and driving yearly ABP target and monthly OPC target with respective team members.
∎ Sales analysis and reporting for management decision making.
∎ Prepare and coordinating segment operation planning.
∎ Designing and implementing distribution plan, and ensuring targeted distribution coverage.
∎ Coordination with Procurement & Planning and Distribution Team for right Inventory management and delivery to dealer/distributors.
∎ Carryout initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling and closing of pilot projects.
∎ Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
∎ Proactively makes appropriate suggestions regarding cycle plan activities.
∎ Plan annual cycle plan activities which are available for each product.
∎ Allocate Merchandising materials which are readily available.
∎ Coordinate market research to track customer and end-user feedback.
∎ Use market feedback to develop proper sales planning and campaign designing.
