Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Sales & Operations Executive who can handle customers and sales, help the team to get encouraged, get idea, doing research and handle the part of business operation to become future leader of the organization.
∎ Sales & Operations Executive provides specific information to relevant course, builds relationships with the prospective professionals and motivate them to pay for courses. Providing excellent customer service and achieve sales target for every course is mandatory.
∎ Self-assessment mentality with problem solving attitude will be an added value.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting and directing customers and providing accurate information (e.g. course benefit, features, pricing and after-sales services);
∎ Answering customers' questions about specific courses;
∎ Collaborate with fellow colleagues to provide high-quality customer experience;
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Watch out for the competitors' activities and take strategy to boost up the business.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ Must be good in WhatsApp communication, google sheet, email communication, social media research.
∎ Other related tasks assigned by the organization.
∎ Meet the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, Good convincing ability, Have good knowledge on using Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheet, Social Media, Excel.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing and Distribution, Retail Sales and Marketing, Retail Stores/ Shops, Sales & Marketing, Education, Training, Customer Care.
∎ Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Professional Training Institute, or similar role.
∎ Familiarity with professionals' behavior principles.
∎ Knowledge of customer care and sales.
∎ Track record of achieving sales targets.
∎ Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
