Job Context:
∎ Jhenaidah Broadband and Cyber Point is an Internat Service Provider in Jhenaidah looking for a young energetic Salesperson
∎ to grow company business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify Geographic Opportunity to extend potential Brand & Category reach in the market.
∎ Plan and achieve sales targets and growth by successfully managing the sales team members.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presents.
∎ Overall Management of Distributor, Dealers/Commission Agents to achieve sales target.
∎ Effective planning & Execution of trade promotion & consumer promotion.
∎ Coordination with Accounts, Supply chain Departments for smooth sales & marketing activity
∎ Reporting Daily/Weekly/Monthly to the authority regarding sales, coverage, collection & competitive activity.
∎ Analyze the data for identifying gaps or developing areas for growth of sales and revenue.
∎ Conduct outlet classification & ensure visit frequency/norms
∎ Explore the new business opportunities to strengthen the portfolio
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Jhenaidah, Jessore, Kusthia, Magura, Chuadanga will be given preference.
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure
