Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making inbound/ telemarketing and survey calls
∎ Maintaining the relationship between company and customers
∎ Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively
∎ The update customer information on the database after every call
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), email & web chat.
∎ Scheduling Job for the Technician
∎ Take feedback from customer about service

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
