Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., MS Office suites

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generating leads & hunting customers.
∎ Making business proposals for customers.
∎ Promoting different branded garments machinery to customers.
∎ Communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
∎ Identify opportunities, produce leads and increase the sales volume as per the assigned target.
∎ Generating unique ideas to attract new customers and retain existing customers.
∎ Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet the yearly targets.
∎ Demo presentation to the customer
∎ Reporting on a daily basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be presentable, well-groomed, and able to communicate with adequate confidence.
∎ Must have the ability to analyze the market correctly & design target-oriented market plans effectively.
∎ Must have the ability to help the Management to frame effective marketing strategy.
∎ The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal, presentation troubleshooting skills and keep up to date on relevant competitive solutions, products, and services.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, cope with stress, and stay calm in a crisis.
∎ Should be enthusiastic to achieve yearly target.
