Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Marketing Officer oversees the company's marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the organizations marketing message.
∎ Dedicated, hardworking, experienced in pesticide products marketing in retail market
∎ Need to work with the pesticide dealer and farmers in rural area.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with sales team.
∎ Prepare and analysis data in field level
∎ Promote product in retail market.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with the procurement officers & user.
∎ dentify opportunities, produce leads and increase the sales volume as per the assigned monthly target.
∎ Establish strong and long term relationships with potential clients (corporates & agencies).
∎ Day to day ad sales operations such as cold call, negotiation, closing sales, etc.
∎ Other sales and marketing activities assigned by the line manager to increase the overall revenue.
∎ Updates reporting to management about work in progress and the achievement status.
∎ To perform any other job to be by the management as demanded by situation.
∎ Create Brand image and market extension.
∎ Daily Mail corresponding
∎ Phone corresponding.
∎ Point Wise Primary, Secondary Sales & Order Report.
∎ Sales & Receiving Input & Correction.
∎ Meeting with Department head & others.
∎ Assigned Regional performance monitoring and follow up issues to resolve.
∎ Target Setup & Disbursement.
∎ Target Entry in Software.
∎ Meeting & Conference Report Prepare & Presentation.
∎ Tour/Movement for attaining Meeting & Conference.
∎ Sales, Order, Stock Report management.
∎ Data collection and analysis as per management needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Follow Up Sales Teams Daily Activities.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Advanced knowledge on Data analysis using Microsoft Excel; good command over Microsoft Office tools.
