Responsibilities & Context:
- Rahela Automobiles is seeking energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join our team for our Lubricants Engine Oil division. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the industry and eager to contribute to our growth. Strong experience in the lubricants or related industry. Local candidates from Bagura, Cumilla, Khulna, and Dhaka will be given preference. Candidates with relevant experience will receive additional privileges.
- Sales planning and meeting for achieve sales targets.
- Continuing follow-up with customers to mature any deal.
- Search & expand new markets and develop a new customer base to increase sales volume.
- Top-class execution of marketing tools.
- Regular interaction with existing customers to ensure close relationships.
- Identify market behavior, monitor threats & opportunities, competitor's strategy, and customer trends for future growth of this business.
- Develop Sales-Plan of Concrete block for meeting the demands of the customer.
- Contribute to making long and short-term business plans of building products.
- 100% Experienced In Lubricants, Engine Oil.
