∎ • “Porcelaina” are looking for a Candidate for showroom ‘Sales’ who is covered by Previous Experience in similar post also Dynamic, Effectual, Potential Minded, Energetic, Self Confident, Motivate, Polite, Good & Positive Attitude, Long run with sales capacity, well-being himself to provide excellent customer service and promote this idea throughout the showroom. An Efficient and Profitable manner, to achieve of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and to meet their expectations for the future progressiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Account Manager- who will be responsible as one-stop contact point for international/multinational client accounts.
∎ Active participation and decision making in international/domestic sales negotiation and order execution/management.
∎ Relationship Management-Act as key coordinator between customers and factory.
∎ Active participation on material and production planning to deliver orders on-time.
∎ Target based shipment management to drive continuous delivery performance.
∎ Business analytics to assess account health through P/L and adjust account strategies accordingly.
∎ Conduct strategic business research that the management may require.
∎ Managing ad-hoc projects as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Highly proficient and up to date with computer applications and online tools e.g. latest Microsoft suite of products.
∎ Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, detail-oriented.
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English written and verbal), good team player.
∎ Knowledge of global trends in the tableware/ceramic industry will be seen as an added advantage.
