∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible for achieving sales target on the designated sales areas, set by the organization
∎ Plan and implement sales initiatives and measures.
∎ Having ability to analysis for sales development & solve market related problems.
∎ Collect authentic information of competitors regarding product, price & promotion.
∎ Have to visit customers on daily basis, collect order, ensure delivery & collect payment from customers.
∎ Maintain effective business relationship with customer.
∎ Create sales lead in direct with dealer, distributer, and whole-seller. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target.
∎ Regular basis client follow-up meeting and meet the customer demand
∎ Initiative in developing & outsourcing business internationally by making new customers through phone calls, online, exhibition, references & other communication.
∎ Digital Marketing & branding, Audience Targeting, Content Marketing, Facebook, LinkedIn Marketing, Instagram Marketing, Google Add Words, Google Analytics, Ad sense, Inbound Marketing, Outbound Marketing, Content Creating, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 01 Year. Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Retail and corporate sales, Sales/ Marketing, Digital Marketing etc.
∎ The applicants should have direct sales experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Consumer products/Beauty Item/Bio-Medical Equipment/Electronics or equivalent
∎ Able to experience in reporting (weekly/by-weekly/monthly)
∎ Honesty and sincerity are an essential requirement.
∎ Young energetic candidates having smartness & strong physical ability to work under pressure
∎ Willingness to travel & posted anytime, anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Must be well organized, smart and proactive to duties.
∎ Good proficiency in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good computer literacy with mobile app.
∎ Strategic Thinking, Strong Analytical Skills.
