Job Responsibilities:
∎ Everyday Communication with customer & with our China office; mail communication, Phone communication, Customer visit.
∎ Performs order entry arrange sample to customer by inputting purchase into the computer Program.
∎ Collaborate with sales/ production for daily follow Up.
∎ Receive inquiries from clients.
∎ Send offers to Clients.
∎ Follow up submitted offers with the clients.
∎ P.I making after receiving Purchase Order from clients.
∎ The candidate shall be given more other responsibilities other than mentioned above.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Computer Literacy Fluency in English speaking and writing, Work Experience with Foreign buyer will get priority, International Procurement, Internet browsing & online work ability., Sales & Marketing.
∎ Basic computer knowledge-(Word, Excel).
∎ English language proficiency.
∎ He / She should be faster in computer typing, internet operation. Kindly do not apply if you have lack of English & Computer knowledge.
