Job Responsibilities
Assist in setting sales targets and executing plans to achieve them.
Work closely with senior sales & marketing executives to run campaigns and promotional activities.
Generate leads through direct marketing, database marketing, telemarketing, and client visits.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure quality client service.
Follow up with potential and existing clients to close deals.
Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Contribute to planning and implementing marketing strategies for commercial and residential projects.
Actively participate in client meetings, property show-rounds, and promotional events.
Maintain proper communication with customers regarding project updates, handover, and documentation.
