Job Responsibilities:
∎ The individual will be actively engaged in the Sales and Marketing department.
∎ They will be responsible for handling hotline calls, persuading potential guests to consider membership, conducting facility tours, and facilitating the membership process.
∎ They will be tasked with promptly addressing client inquiries via social media platforms and ensuring continuous sales growth.
∎ The candidate will take on the responsibility of maintaining sales software and engaging in discussions with colleagues to address sales inquiries, issues, and propose effective solutions.
∎ They will manage and resolve client complaints and feedback, taking necessary corrective actions.
∎ Providing guided tours of the gym to prospective clients will be a routine duty.
∎ The individual will assist potential clients in understanding the value of gym membership, encouraging them to make informed decisions.
∎ They will extend a warm greeting to customers, engage in customer outreach via phone calls, and actively promote membership benefits.
∎ Supervision of trainers and the provision of guidelines for the effective operation of the gym will be an integral part of their role.
∎ Oversight of gym floors and cleaning staff to ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene will be a key responsibility.
∎ In the event of any emergencies within the gym premises, the candidate will take immediate action, directly or indirectly, to resolve the situation and assist relevant personnel as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Fluent in English
