• Should be able to write and communicate fluently in both Bengali and English.
• Willingness to accept challenges and work under deadlines.
• Skills to be considered as an added advantage: Photoshop, MS Excel, MS Word.
• Ability to interact and deal with people from different backgrounds.

Client Query Response:

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries from social media platforms and the company website in a timely and professional manner.

Sales Management:

• Oversee online sales activities, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. Coordinate and arrange deliveries, providing necessary customer support when needed.

Warehouse Management:

• Handle warehouse operations, including inventory tracking and stock management.

• Generate regular reports on warehouse activities and inventory levels.

Marketing Support:

• Assist with various marketing tasks as assigned, contributing to the promotion and growth of the company.
