• Client Query Response:
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries from social media platforms and the company website in a timely and professional manner.
• Sales Management:
• Oversee online sales activities, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. Coordinate and arrange deliveries, providing necessary customer support when needed.
• Warehouse Management:
• Handle warehouse operations, including inventory tracking and stock management.Generate regular reports on warehouse activities and inventory levels.
• Marketing Support:
• Assist with various marketing tasks as assigned, contributing to the promotion and growth of the company.
