Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge about VTS product in-depth & pitch it as required to customers
∎ Describe a product's features and benefits in a way understandable to the customer.
∎ Ability to generate & nurture leads towards an acquisition.
∎ Making Offer, submit proposal and follow-up towards lead conversion.
∎ Analyze demands and competitor information to determine right marketing strategy
∎ Visiting B2B clients on a regular basis for followup
∎ Meeting the monthly target by putting the right strategy
∎ Initiate and control surveys to gain customer feedback
∎ Contributing to the overall marketing strategy development of the company
∎ Using digital tools to manage clients & organize tasks
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Candidate must be comfortable working independently with a small but growing team
∎ a self-starter, creative and well organized.
∎ Organized & a hustler
∎ Proficient in spoken & written English
∎ Proficient in visual communication using the Internet, Social Media Assets
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be based on experience
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Medical allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
