Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver a Gross Profit sales volume and yield targets by remaining focus on building positive relationship with customers.
∎ Gain the competitive business intelligence to develop database and share the same within the team members for their future growth
∎ Manage sales pipeline, segmentation and accurate forecasting to keep performance against expected budget and take corrective action when necessary
∎ Ensure daily visit of customers and submit the visit report on daily/weekly basis to In-charge for Business development
∎ Co-ordinate actively with customer service/s team to ensure that customers know the contact points in case of service failures that ensues top class customer experience and fully responsible for clients outstanding service.
∎ Ensure identification of sales account needs, opportunities and key buying factors for existing customers and formalize those into an account plans & strategy.
∎ Keep updated trade & market information based on market scenario waves, timely collect buyer information and prepare qualified sales lead the partner/agents per month
∎ Attend various trade shows, work or client social functions and sales meeting to search new potential Business Partner/s.
∎ Timely attend all customers' queries and provide feedback at the earliest in a professional manner
∎ Arrange credit approval from Management as per company credit policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have on-the-job knowledge (hands-on experience) in dealing with local and foreign clients/corporate and working with cross-functional teams.
∎ Extensive knowledge of competitor activities
∎ Knowledge of IATA, CAAB Air Cargo regulations, laws and practices
∎ Proven experience in progressive sales expansion
∎ Strong working relations with different government authorities, enforcement agencies, other relevant industry agencies
∎ Experience in recurring correspondence, liaison with foreign and local clients
∎ Possess up-market standards of proficiency in Business Communication and English.
∎ Proficient in computer applications; eg. Microsoft Office, ERP etc.

Salary: Negotiable
