Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma is Degree in Hotel Management.
∎ Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel.
∎ Seeking out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
∎ Dealing with clients and following up sales activities, ensuring clients' satisfaction.
∎ Develop strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
∎ Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
∎ Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Increasing sales volume, strategy development for expanding.
∎ Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
∎ Sourcing of event marketing and organizing any kind of event such as corporate, social, etc.
∎ Tracking the record of sales activity and report making with analysis.
∎ Able to calculate the cost, profit, and other financial transactions.
∎ Skilled in making quotations, proposals, offer letters, etc.
∎ Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response time line to clients.
∎ Managing stock of the product, client's database.
∎ Ability to achieve the monthly target of sales.
∎ Have to provide analytical data related to the competitor's business, current market demands.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ Good organization and planning skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.
∎ Target-oriented and a team player.
∎ Ability to convince people.
∎ Willing to visit the different corporate business houses.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proactive and innovative.
∎ Expertise in advanced level MS Office.
∎ Good presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
