Experience & Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales of Dairy & Consumer Products OR Baby & Mother Care Products.

Prior experience in:

• Pharmaceutical Gift Items

• HoReCa Channel (Hotel, Restaurant & Catering)

• Modern Trade Channel & Super Shops

• Strong focus on target achievement & customer acquisition.

• Proven ability to maintain daily structured reporting.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and market visits.

Job Context

We are looking for two experienced Sales Executives to strengthen our sales team. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth in Dairy & Consumer Products and Baby & Mother Care Products categories.

The candidates must have strong experience in Model Pharma outlets, Super Shops, HoReCa Channel, and Modern Trade Channel. They will play a key role in achieving targets, onboarding new customers, and maintaining strong communication with management through regular reporting.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for assigned product category (Dairy & Consumer

• Products / Baby & Mother Care Products).

• Actively identify and onboard new customers/outlets across assigned channels.

• Ensure product availability, visibility, and distribution in Model Pharma outlets, Super Shops, and Modern Trade outlets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, retail managers, HoReCa clients, and corporate customers.

• Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and coordinate timely delivery.

• Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and prepare sales reports.

• Ensure proper merchandising and product display at outlets.

• Support promotional campaigns, sampling, and in-store activations.

• Submit daily multiple reports (sales updates, customer visits, competitor info) to management and maintain strict communication discipline.

• Collect market feedback and provide insights to management for strategy development.
