∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in garment accessories sales.
∎ Strong knowledge of garments and accessories (Tag, Label, Heat Seal/ Heat transfer label, RFID, Paper Hanger, and Sewing Thread).
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and independently.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Fluency in Bengali and English.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling garment accessories such as Printed Care Label, Barcode Paper Box, Heat Transfer Label. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
∎ Identify and develop new clients in the garments and apparel manufacturing sector.
∎ Promote and sell accessories including tags, labels, heat seals, and sewing threads.
∎ Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (merchandisers, sourcing, procurement).
∎ Prepare and deliver quotations, follow up with clients, and close deals.
∎ Track sales activities and generate regular reports.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
∎ Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
