Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Operating, experience in the field of Finance and Accounting, Finance & Bank Operation, Tender Processing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to monitor and follow up on all commercial Import/Purchases/Activities.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned government clients, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Customs, VAT department and BANK.
∎ Communicate with bank on all commercial related works.
∎ Maintain the files and records as per company policy.
∎ Closely follow up all commercial process for timely and cost effective execution.
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Tender/Project related activities and inform management as required.
∎ Actively look for competitive Clients/Vendor with guidance from Management.
∎ Provide full secretarial and admin support to the Business Unit Lead.
∎ Prepare and coordinate presentations/conferences/meetings with internal and external parties.
∎ Must have advanced knowledge in MS Office, Excel, Power Point Application
∎ Must have knowledge in Bijoy and Avro software with high speed typing capability.
∎ Must have knowledge in technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, LaserJet printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, etc.
∎ Must have knowledge to preparing documents in Tender/E-Tender, RFP EOI etc.
∎ Raise purchase requisition / purchase order for the department requirements.
∎ Provide administrative support whenever required.
∎ Prepare budgets for commercial related activities of the company.
∎ Responsible vendor/supplier payment management.
∎ Prepare inventory report on monthly basis.
∎ Execute any other task assigned by the Authority/Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Miceosoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
∎ Candidates must have substantial management experience, the capacity to monitor budgets, contracts and financial resources, excellent organizational and administrative skills, and strong leadership and inter-personal skills, with commitment to the development of high quality and professional services.
∎ Should be smart, energetic, deadline oriented & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have excellent negotiation skills
∎ Able to handle multitasking activities.
∎ Good persuasion & communication skills.
∎ The candidates who have own motorcycle will get extra preferable.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
