Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead data-driven initiatives from conception to implementation, supporting commercial and operational decisions.

  • Conduct route and market viability assessments, identifying opportunities and risks based on demand, competition, and capacity.

  • Develop strategic plans in collaboration with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to support pricing and capacity decisions.

  • Design and optimize data pipelines for real-time reporting, scenario analysis, and forecasting.

  • Execute demand forecasting and sales projections to inform overbooking strategies, inventory control, and fare class allocation.

  • Drive seat inventory optimization and yield management strategies to balance load factor and revenue per seat.

  • Support financial analysis for new route planning, seasonal adjustments, and revenue-impacting initiatives.

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between Sales, RM, Network Planning, and Operations to ensure commercial alignment.

  • Prepare Reports and present them to the higher management.

  • Coordinate with operations, customer service, planning and marketing team for schedule; reschedule Domestic & International flight according to availability of aircraft, approved slot, weather and maintaining domestic watch hours, connectivity at hub.

  • Update of domestic & international flights schedule in every official site.

  • Demand forecasting, connectivity at the hub, aircraft availability and OAL assessment.

  • Prepare OAL, schedules and flown load for analyze passenger connectivity & growth forecast.

  • Coordinating staff rosters and assigning team for assuring 24/7 flight monitoring.
