Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle air ticket reservations, issuance, re-issuance, and refunds through GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase ticket sales and promote travel packages.

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and agents.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and promotional materials when required.

  • Handle customer inquiries for air ticket bookings (domestic and international).

  • Search and compare flight options to offer the best itinerary and price.

  • Make reservations using GDS/online platforms (Galileo).

  • Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as per customer requests.

  • Inform customers of fare rules, baggage allowance, and travel policies.

  • Track ticket deadlines, refunds, and cancellation policies.

  • Maintain daily reports of bookings, cancellations, and sales.

  • Guide clients through visa application procedures for various countries.

  • Check and collect all required documents from clients.

  • Track and update clients on application status.

  • Maintain accurate records of clients, documents, and application timelines.

  • Provide pre-departure guidance to approved applicants.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of GDS systems, fare calculation, and ticketing processes.

  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in fare rules, itinerary building, and PNR handling.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiar with airline policies, IATA procedures, and travel documentation.

Reservation & Ticketing Operations

  • Manage flight reservations, fare searches, and ticket issuance using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).

  • Process reissues, refunds, cancellations, and itinerary modifications promptly.

Client Interaction & Support

  • Communicate clearly with customers to confirm travel details, itineraries, and booking options.

  • Provide accurate fare quotations, visa requirements, and travel documentation guidance.

  • Handle urgent or last-minute booking adjustments efficiently and professionally.

  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through personalized and proactive service.

Supplier & Airline Liaison

  • Communicate with airlines, consolidators, and other partners for fare support, seat confirmation, and group bookings.

  • Manage BSP, ADM/ACM-related issues in coordination with the finance team.

Compliance & Accuracy

  • Follow company guidelines for pricing, commissions, and refund processes.

  • Stay updated on airline policies, fare changes, and promotional offers.

  • Ensure compliance with IATA, ATAB, and Haramain Hajj Umrah ltd. operational standards.
